Insurance agency located in Garden City, NY is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for two (2) of their Executives.
Hours of operation: Mon – Fri 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Some Responsibilities include:
· Manage policy holder services for all individual insurance products
· Manage all producer licensing
· Handle communications to clients as instructed
· Schedule monthly staff meeting with agenda
· Work with one of the managers to provide quarterly communication to clients utilizing e-mail blast service provider(s)
· Schedule and coordinate client appreciation event(s)
· Handle all client gifts and year end calendar mailings
· Manage the "Welcome" process for all new clients including database maintenance
· Set up all quarterly investment client reviews
· Receive visitors
· Handle Managers' calendars
Requirements:
· 5+ years of previous experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant
· Proficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong communication and writing skills with an aptitude for attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Be a TEAM player
