Catering Director Primary Role
Responsible for flawless execution of all catering orders including assembly and delivery of catering orders, coordination with kitchen staff, and post order follow-up
Catering Director Responsibilities
- Readily available if needed to deliver or work in position during lunch or dinner.
- Develop leads and generate the sale of Chick-fil-A Catering service
- You will receive & be required to complete training related to Chick-fil-A philosophy, Corporate Purpose and Catering strategies, setup and execution.
- Resources including business cards, CFA apparel, demographics, Sales histories by Client, Email Lists etc. will be available.
- Create opportunities focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with customers, and driving repeat sales
- Develop presentations for clients and devising strategies for generating new business as it relates to ADPs (Additional Distribution Points) and other catering opportunities -pick-up and delivery
- Create community awareness as it relates to catering opportunities
- Create and identify opportunities for catering
- Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A’s requirements
- Person should be self motivated, organized, great with people, professional in attitude and appearance
- Team player and work in a fast pace environment
- You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills.
