About this job
* Endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values
* Prepare tableware for washing, i.e. scrapes plates, pre-soak silverware, places all items to be washed in their proper dishwasher rack
* Set up dishwashing machine, i.e. drains closed, tanks filled, temperatures at correct level, detergent at proper level
* Wash, stack and store china in appropriate kitchen area
* Thoroughly clean dishwashing equipment and working areas
* Collect all soiled pots, wash and restack cleaned pots on shelves
* Responsible for all removal of garbage and refuse
* Mop and sweep floors
* Wash walls and ceiling tiles
* Sanitize all cooking equipment
* Support fun and excitement in dept
* Help others when needed
* Acknowledge and respond to customers immediately
* Answer questions about Harrah's facilities and services
* Work well without supervision
* Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED required
* Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills:
* Must have speed and accuracy in order to maintain maximum efficiency

* Demonstrated teamwork behaviors and attitudes
* Self-motivated; self-starter
* Able to operate the dish machine
* Knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures
