As DFW's premier nanny agency, our mission is to connect families with exceptional nannies, sitters and other family care professionals. We know we are nothing without our nannies and we treat them accordingly. WE PROVIDE CARE ALL OVER DFW!

Our part-time nannies, in general, are responsible for the following:
•Providing childcare in clients' homes, churches, resorts, and other staffing events
• Tending to each child’s basic physical and emotional needs
• Preparing children’s meals
• Doing children’s laundry
• Organizing play activities and outings
• Setting behavioral guidelines
• Enforcing appropriate discipline
• Providing social and intellectual stimulation
• Providing transportation for the children

Our minimum requirements are:

18 years or older
Minimum High School Graduate
At least 2 years professional childcare experience**
Citizen of the United States or legally able to work in the United States
Access to reliable transportation with current vehicle registration/insurance and clean driving record
At least three professional references
Demonstrate knowledge of childcare and child development

Our nannies love working for us because we believe in safety - we meet every client in their home before sending a nanny there. We believe in flexibility - you set your availability with us and we offer flexible scheduling. And, we advocate for you - all of our nannies are W2 employees, are covered under our extensive liability and non-owned auto policy, and we make it a point to get to know each and every one of our employees on a personal level. We offer several team-building events, nanny meet-ups, and opportunities to have one-on-one time with our founders and upper management.
