About this job

As the Manager of Digital Analytics, you will be responsible for leading analytical team members to tell the story of the customer experience across any of the online touch-points (desktop/mobile/app/integrated retail). This position will be charged with being a thought leader within the organization and a trusted member of the online digital product management team. This role have specific accountabilities such as providing key insights, analytical thinking and point of view, strategic thinking and planning, and overall support of digital initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Oversee all business level reporting for our digital platforms (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data
  • Lead a team of analyst to support cross-functional digital teams such as product management and UX
  • Yearly financial and KPI planning
  • Direct team to develop business case for digital product investment and post-launch financial assessment
  • Trend analysis for all digital platforms, including understanding detailed product/business unit mixture and various impacts to business profitability
  • Lead all analytical efforts for all Multichannel fulfillments including operational and financial reporting
  • Benchmarking performance across all online channels and being a key advisor to stakeholders regarding KPI trends
  • Develop custom dashboards with variety of focus including marketing channel, business unit specific, overall sales, and customer experience
  • Analyzing online user behavior, customer journeys, and funnel analysis
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in related field required or equivalent professional work related experience.
  • Extensive experience with click stream analytical tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a must)
  • 4+ years of experience in digital analytical roles
  • Strong understanding of web analytical tagging methodology and ability to provide requirements for data-collection processes
  • Previous experience in digital analytical role in an ecommerce environment
  • Track record of building scalable strategies and executing strategies with passion, precision, and excellence
  • Experience managing and leading analytical teams and providing data driven insights which fuel actions
  • Highly analytical person with excellent communication skills and ability to think strategically
  • Ability to access, interpret, and visualize mass amount of data
  • Previous experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
