A skilled nursing facility in Virginia is currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) and/or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a great opportunity with their medical team. In this role, the Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will be responsible for providing comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. Other responsibilities include:
- Implementing treatment programs on the basis of clinical findings
- Participating in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients
- Working collaboratively with other Rehab Therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
