Customer Happiness @ Farmstead

As a Customer Happiness Representative for Farmstead, you'll work at our customer service center to make sure our customers are satisfied.Applicants must be available to start immediately and must be able to report to San Mateo for this job.We have flexible shifts, and you can get up to 35 hours a week.

About Farmstead:

Farmstead is an online grocery-delivery company that delivers fresh produce and groceries to customers in the Bay Area, seven days a week. If you're passionate about working with customers, or the food industry, let us know via email!

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to our customers via text or email
• Help our customers solve problems they may have with deliveries or with placing orders
• Work with the rest of the team to make sure that our customers' needs get addressed
• Interact with our Drivers

You have:

• Experience in a customer service role
• An enthusiasm for customer happiness that translates into writing
• Genuine passion for and interest in improving the lives of our customers, that shows through in your writing 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)- Attention to detail; you can perform data entry tasks with minimal mistakes
• Time management skills; experience working on a deadline
• Ability to learn and use new software.
