The Supv, Custom Installation drives truck over established route to deliver and install products. This position acts as Project Supervisor for large multi-unit project jobs, supervises the installation team, arranges the daily route that is assigned and loads merchandise to match route.
SCOPE: Deliver and install appliance and/or plumbing product. No individual financial metrics; however, they contribute to the overall profitability of the Appliance Builder Distributor business.

Education Experience: HS Graduate or Equivalent
Years of Related Experience: 1-2 Years
License/Certificate Required: Yes
Driver's License Required: Yes
Travel Requirements: 75%

SCOPE: Deliver and install appliance and/or plumbing product. No individual financial metrics; however, they contribute to the overall profitability of the Appliance Builder Distributor business.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Installs the built-in professional product line to include built in cooking, down draft products, built-in refrigeration, European dishwashers, custom ventilation plus all products listed in Level I & II.
- Conducts field estimates of jobs requiring labor only (product previously sold or third party installations)
- Communicates with project management, sales team and order management team daily to work through scheduling challenges.
- Documents issues unit by unit and maintains communication/issues log for future reference, writes up customer orders and instructions and records sales/deliveries.
- Works with a high degree of accuracy and accurately completes required paperwork
- Acts as project manager for multi level building projects
- Certifies lower level installers through onsite installation training
- Attends all safety and production meetings as necessary and ensures we are in compliance.
- Coaches, reviews and reinforces the safety policies and procedures with installation team direct reports
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Excellent driving record.
