The staff of the Ritz Carlton Ski Concierge provides world-class guest service at one of the most premier ski in / ski out hotels in the world.   Located in Bachelors Gulch village in Beaver Creek, the Ritz Carlton Ski Concierge stores all guests bots, skis and poles for a luxury convenience of the hotel guests.

When guests arrive at The Ritz-Carlton, the Ski Concierge complete a detailed luggage and equipment identification process; storing all equipment in safe, warm and secure space. When our guests are ready to hit the slopes, the Ski Concierge will have your ski equipment ready and warm for that special on-mountain adventure. Guest equipment will be set up daily at the time the guest requests or arrival. After a memorable day on the slopes, the ski equipment will be cleaned and stored in the well-designed and organized ski storage area. Upon departure, our Ski Concierge team will pack ski bags and prepare all luggage for guests leaving the hotel.

The Ritz Carlton Ski Concierge team is seeking employees who flourish in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment who are dedicated to guest satisfaction with a passion for guest service.

Job Duties:

• To provide personalized, quality ski valet guest service to Ritz Carlton hotel guests in a timely, courteous and professional manner. 
• This position requires a commitment to providing a high level of personalized guest service for all Ski Valet guests. 
• The ski valet personnel will provide service to all members in the ski storage and ski valet area. 
• Ski valets will be responsible for morning and afternoon delivery of ski equipment from the ski storage area to and from racks outside of the club building. 
• Organization of ski storage racking systems, record keeping and a working knowledge of ski tuning will be required

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent - required
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs - required
• Able to operate appropriate machinery such as vacuum cleaners, wet vacuums, carpet cleaners, and hand tools including screwdrivers, pliers, and small wrenches if necessary  - required
• Able to work indoors as well as outdoors in winter weather conditions  - required
• Able to work weekends and holidays  - required
• Fluent in English  - required
• Able to communicate with diplomacy and tact  - required
• Able to deliver exceptional guest service  - required
• Resume - preferred
