Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for all guests
• Prepare dining rooms for guests ensuring all areas are clean and maintained
• Remove dishware from guests as they are completed with their current courses
• Refilling beverages and providing utensils, condiments, napkins and fulfill other guest requests
• Keeping tables clean, organized and presentable
• Engaging in welcoming and friendly conversation as you guide guests through their breakfast experience
• Following all company policies, health and safety procedures
• Informing management of customer feedback, both good and bad
• Pitching in to assist teammates where and when needed

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50lbs
