Automation Personnel Services is looking to hire an IT Technician/Help Desk Technician for a large manufacturing facility in Huntsville, AL. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing end user support and assist with general network/software issues.

Skills required:
Experience in Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS, laptop and desktop support
Experience with general network knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
Ability to follow documented standards when dealing with new or terminated employees.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow through with issues until resolved.
