Seasonal Full Time Associates

Will be working with the Operation Christmas Child Floor Manager in the processing center (warehouse).  Responsible for coaching and supervising up to 30 volunteers within a processing team.  Maintain consistent flow of shoebox gifts throughout the processing team.  Be alert to any issues which may  breach the security of donations received or affect the quality of shoebox gifts being shipped.  Be familiar with barcoding and "Follow Your Box" scanning procedures.  Work with volunteers to ensure that proper cartonizing procedures are being adhered to.  Ensure cartons are correctly marked.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.  Positions are available for first and second shifts.
