ENT and Allergy Associates, New York & New Jersey's premier ENT and Allergy medical practice, is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full time Patient Rapid Response Center Agent for our Corporate office.
Job Duties:
Answering phone calls and assisting patients/physicians needs
Scheduling patient appointments
Taking messages
Assisting the office manager and physician as needed
Job Requirements:
NextGen/EMR experience is a plus
Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance is a plus
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work as a team
Schedule
10:30am - 7:00pm
12:20pm - 9:00pm
Please note: Schedule can be changed at any time by the Supervisors, Manager, or Director of the Call Center based on staffing needs.
