Full time, direct hire opening with our client located in the Harrisonburg, VA area! Staffmark is currently looking for multiple Industrial Electricians. Our client facility is an industrial production type environment with a focus on quality and team work. The Industrial Electrician will ensure all production and facility systems and equipment maintain working order.
The Industrial Electrician should have strong electrical experience within a production or manufacturing type environment. Candidates should have a strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Candidates should have good communication skills, be able to work well in fast paced environments, and be flexible to work overtime as the need arises.
The responsibilities of the Industrial Electrician include:
Install and repair electrical systems within the facility
Utilize electrical code, manuals, diagrams, and blueprints to assist with diagosing issues or installing new equipment/ systems
Utilize hand tools and power tools in the installation and repair of systems
Install and repair items such as transformers, electrical motors, lighting fixtures, relays, and switches
