Executive Chef - Full-time / Part-time

The position will be at our community Maple Ridge located in Omaha, Nebraska. The Executive Chef will lead the operations of the scratch kitchen within our luxury independent living community.

• Use your skills and imagination to make meal times enjoyable for our residents
• Be challenged with a changing menu that enables you to utilize different styles of cooking
• Receive instant feedback from our residents on a daily basis
• Grow and develop the team to maximize their potential
• Be a valued member of the Community Leadership Team for the retirement community.
• Work a stable non-traditional culinary schedule

• 3-5 years experience as a Chef with increasing responsibility
• Experience leading a team (hiring, scheduling, training)
• A Culinary Arts degree or Business degree is preferred
• Able to foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, peers and the community
• Basic computer and word processing skills important
• Anda passion for food!
