Elder Care Provider Wanted - Part Time Help Needed in Mt Prospect for 58 year old Alzheimer's Patient

In late 2010, my wife began having difficulty at work. She was a middle school science teacher with a Masters Degree. By 2011, she was no longer able to work and had to leave a job she truly loved. Less than 6 months later, in 2012, she was diagnosed with younger-onset Alzheimers at Mayo Clinic. She was 52 years of age. Alzheimers progresses quickly in younger patients. She managed pretty well for the first two years but in early 2015, I stopped working to stay home with her as her full-time caregiver. Until this past summer, I was doing well caring for her by myself, with help from my neighbors and four adult children who live in the area. However, over the past several months, her condition deteriorated, both cognitively and physically. And, recently, she was admitted to Hospice Care. I am seeking assistance in caring for her for between 12 and 16 hours per week with the possibility of increase hours as her condition worsens.
