Aerotek is hiring for Financial Service Representatives for one of their top Financial Firms in downtown Denver. The Financial Service Representatives will be working for the Pension Team within The Retirement Services line of business. These positions are 4 month contract-to-hire roles starting at $16/hr. The hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm.
Qualifications of the Financial Service Representative
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or any other related field
- Those interested in seek a long term opportunity and a career within the finance industry
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Experience inputting customer data into a CRM or related software system
Responsibilities of the Financial Service Representative
- Take in calls from pensioners, common calls include a death in the policy, no check was delivered, or address change
- 15-20 calls a day each plus working 10-15 items from the operations que
- Take in mail, open / sort / scan into system
- Start benefit process when account is set up
- Calculate plan payments for pension
- Issue replacement checks
- Assist customers in tax reporting for their pensions
- Utilize Mainframe and an additional front end access software to input and track customer information
