Job Description:
Hiring for 75 commercial plumbers/pipefitters for projects around Colorado. Duties will include installing and hanging pipe and fixtures. Working with PVC, copper and steel pipe on commercial new construction projects. Projects include healthcare, multi family, Hotels and commercial high rise. 7 years new commercial construction experience minimum REQUIRED.
Work Environment:
Plumbers will be equipped with company vest and hard hat and assigned a project if they do not have a geographical preference (Ft. Collins, Loveland, Denver, Aspen) at Orientation (orientation is located at the Denver site).
Culture is known for being a large ($400m) company that is extremely safety conscious and takes better care of their employees than anyone else in the industry. Employees are rewarded for participation in Health & Wellness and Safety programs. They can be paperwork and process heavy, but they get the biggest and most complex work in Colorado.
Most projects work 7a- 3:30p M-F. 40-50 hours. OT is NOT guaranteed and is site specific.
Qualifications:
- Plumber candidates MUST have commercial construction experience
- Will accept licensed and unlicensed journeymen and will pay Journeyman rates for plumbers with out of state licenses (will expect you to get a CO license within 6 months)
- 7 years new commercial construction experience minimum
- Experience with Cast Iron, PVC, CPVC, copper and steel piping required
- Current Med Gas a bonus and will increase pay rate
Additional Info:
Will be eligible for $100/day per diem for Days Worked during the life of the 5 Month contract period. WILL BE expected to relocate to Colorado and RK will reimburse reasonable moving expenses after 5 months.
- up to $3k for a single Journeyman
- up to $5k for Journeyman w/ family (Uhaul truck, gas, hotel, meals) In some cases, per diem will be extended to accommodate relocation situations
