About this job

This position is predominantly handling inbound calls and walk-in customers to help with any inquiries they have regarding credit/loans. Inbound calls will mostly be transferred to the appropriate agent. CSRs will have the opportunity to upsell eligible customers for commission opportunities as well. This position also includes some data entry.

This CSR is a non-exempt employee that performs customer service duties and provides administrative and clerical support for branch operations (posting payments, processing paid accounts, mail processing, title processing, and accounts payable). Some CSR duties will also include entry level collections, some underwriting due diligence for loan and contracts (sometimes referred to as "credit investigation" and "investigation and development"), loan funding, contract funding and marketing for loans and optional ancillary products. In addition to these duties, CSRs are expected to contribute as needed to every project and work as necessary to meet our customer's needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVES:
1) Candidates must be proficient in Spanish and must have a very welcoming personality and be motivated to learn.
2) Candidates must have a high sense of urgency.
3) Candidates must have previous experience working with a POS system.

Basic technical skills required (i.e basic computer skills, and/or previous experience working a POS system).
Candidates can come from a wide range of backgrounds, such as retail, fast food, restaurant, etc. Anywhere that has required they deliver a high level of customer service.
The manager is looking for someone with a HIGH sense of urgency.
Must have a very welcoming personality and motivated to learn.
