About this job
Candidates will be responsible for leading the assembly Operation.
Candidates must be able to operate hand and power tools. Must also have strong attention to detail with following written instructions.
Supports all established plant and manufacturing goals and objectives.
Tracks productivity week to week for measured shift efficiency and improvement.
Carries out lead responsibilities in accordance with the organization's principles, policies and applicable California and Federal laws.
Establishes effective communication processes between departments and shifts.
Tracks product to schedule shift performance and strives for continual improvement.
Oversees adherence to inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy goals are constantly achieved.
Ensures that operating policies and procedures are consistently maintained and current.
Identifies root causes of obstacles, recommends corrective actions to management, implements agreed upon solutions, and audits results to ensure problem resolution.
Implementation of ECO's as required by engineering
2-3 years of experience applying a comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of manufacturing concepts, practices.
Supervisory experience of a production team of 10 or more
