Job Duties
* Provide diverse administrative support for day-to-day business and personal activities of various legal team members.
* Submit detailed expense reports.
* Make detailed and complex travel arrangements.
* Arrange travel logistics and itineraries.
* Help with ad hoc projects.
* Manage detailed calendars and scheduling appointments/meetings.
* Complete presentations using PowerPoint.
* Create correspondence in Word and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
* Maintain the office equipment and supply inventory.
* Complete sensitive and confidential projects.
* Prepare presentation materials, reports, manuals, memoranda, correspondence and agendas.
* Manage a wide range of critical tasks like collection of information, preparation of meetings, database administration and retention of records.
REQUIRED Basic Qualifications (must have skills):
* Bachelor's Degree required; or equivalent experience.
* Four years of administrative support, with two years' supporting VP's and above in a large global company; and corporate legal experience highly preferred
* Superior calendaring and appointment-scheduling skills.
* Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite
* Strong ability to prioritize and manage one's time to meet deadlines and expectations
* Excellent organizational skills and is highly detail oriented
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Adapt quickly to change with a great attitude in a busy corporate environment
* Comfortable managing confidential information with discretion
PREFERRED Qualifications (nice to have skills):
* Experience with event planning.
* Experience scheduling global meetings
