Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

A very reputable company is looking to fill a ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER ASAP!!! They are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined and has the ability to work with small parts and hand tools. They are paying $15-16/hr on first shift M-F 6:00AM-2:30PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to use hand tools.
• Mechanical abilities and a high level of precision.
• Skill with precision measuring equipment and a wide variety of hand tools.
• AS Electronics or equivalent.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail are a must.
• Attention to quality & workmanship
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Assembles small mechanical structures to extremely tight tolerances.
• Performs various mechanical assembly and operational tasks with components or sub assemblies according to drawings, directives and/or company policies and procedures.
• Use schematics, blueprints, wiring lists, verbal and written instructions to assemble, modify, rework and/or test mechanical assemblies.
• Resolves and/or reports assembly problems according to establish company procedures.
• May be required to fill out and submit Non Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Maintains clean and safe working environment.
• Contributes to team effort and other tasks as needed.

Candidate will be performing mechanical assembly duties operating hand, power and pneumatic tools.
