Construction Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Office and Field- Mostly working in the field with CMT's

Responsibilities include:

Manage all aspects of various sized projects to ensure that each are safely completed on time and within scope and budget
Communicate with the Client to identify and define project scope, schedule and budget
Identify, develop and take actions to resolve operational complications to minimize delays and provide 100% Client satisfaction
Maintain consistent communication with the Client & Team to communicate project status
Coordinate with Team for financial management of projects including: internal set-up, invoicing, budget tracking, change orders and collections

Qualifications-

BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
E.I.T., SET, CMT is preferred but not required
2+ years of construction materials testing and inspection experience is required
