Specific Job Description:?Provide on-site support to F-35 SOC Item Analyst resolving Global Trade System (GTS) Compliance Trade Compliance blocks, SAP ECC related Consolidated Traffic and Transportation Management System (TMS) constraints including Hazardous (HAZ) and Dangerous Goods (DG) as ALIS and SAP managed assets are moved globally?Interfaces with appropriate Import/Export Control (IEC), International Trade Compliance (ITC) and country specific Subject Matter Experts (SME) to assess and resolve missing Master Data assignment in ECC / GTS?Assist in the identification, obtainment and execution of all required licensing and permits associated the exportation and importation of military related products where LM is identified as the Importer of Record (IOR) /Exporter of Record (EOR) within a designated country.?Interface with country specific Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders and other service providers to effectively provide import/export instructions and oversight.?Develop and implement Global compliance programs and support tools designed to increase awareness and knowledge of compliance policies, laws and regulations.?Ensures Global regulatory reporting requirements are met.?Provide Global regulatory guidance and oversight to company personnel on import/export issues.?Act in advisory role as liaison between Core Traffic, International Trade Compliance, International Accounting, Procurement, Global Sustainment, F-35 Sustainment, Joint program Office (JPO) and others.?Responsible to monitor upcoming changes to Global import/export regulatory requirements and proactively develop operating plans, identify new system requirements necessary to support Global Trade compliance.?Audit, analyze, and document accuracy of information to ensure business practices and records are in strict adherence to Customs and OGA rules and regulations.?Support product jurisdiction and classification, import/export license management and other maintain master data requirements required in GTS .?Maintain and conduct audits of import/export transactions to affirm internal controls in areas including classification, recordkeeping, value, country of origin, OGA, licensing, Taxes Duties and Tariff payments, etc. Implement any necessary corrective actions to any audit findings.?Support the Transportation Management System (TMS). Provide help desk support to internal and external TMS users. Troubleshoot user issues through direct correspondence with user base.?Face unique challenges requiring innovative solutions which may serve as precedent for future decisions.?Will be required to support a non standard work schedule (including holidays) supporting Sustainment Operations Center 24x7x365 global support schedule?Will be required to relocate off campus when the Operations Center relocates to a mid-city TBD location?Develop and maintain detailed Job Instructions, Guides and Contacts list?Identify pain points/gaps within processes and help prioritize resolution for break fix and new system requirementsBasic Qualifications?Experience with Global export and import regulatory requirements associated with military products.?Demonstrated experience in supply chain management?Demonstrated experience with ITAR in an export compliance capacity?Demonstrated experience using export compliance software such as SAP GTSDesired skills?Demonstrated experience with freight forwarding and participating country export/import regulatory compliance and reporting.?Must possess a level of knowledge that allows for the establishment of robust procedures that deliver executable solutions across core functions and programs.?Ability to proactively function is a high paced team environment?Ability to develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation maintaining a keen focus on regulatory compliance?US Domestic& Global Hazardous material shipping regulatory knowledge.?Demonstrated ability to develop presentations and to conduct daily status calls and/or briefings.?Ability to mentor and train team members.?Demonstrated ability to work in, support and facilitate a inclusive team structure?Familiarity with SAP ECC& Global Trade Services module.?Multilingual communication skills will be considered as a plusAs a leading technology innovation company, Lockheed Martin?s vast team works with partners around the world to bring proven performance to our customers? toughest challenges.
