Guest Service Drivers, Dispatchers and Sales Agents - Full-time / Part-time

Guest Service Drivers

Job Summary:

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of vehicles and transportation of guests to and from their destinations.

Job Duties:

• Be punctual and have exceptional time management skills
• Perform pre-trip inspection of their vehicle, understanding manifests and mapping their routes prior to departure
• Be comfortable finding the pick-up points of their guests
• Be responsible for maintaining contact with dispatchers and communicate if they have fallen behind schedule, report traffic concerns they witness for other drivers
• Return vehicles to home office promptly after final guest stop Vehicles will then be cleaned thoroughly inside and out and keys and manifest returned to office before clocking out
• Participate in transfer drives where they will assist a DIA driver with their pick-ups
• Drivers are responsible for maintaining a record of duty log that will live in the home office.
• Pick up trash

Requirements:

• Drivers must possess a valid driver's license and have no traffic violations on their Motor Vehicle Record within the last 3 years
• At least 21 years old

Preferred experience:

• Strong understanding of guest service.
• Customer Service/Communication Skills
• Completion of High School level education or higher.

Dispatchers

Job Summary:

Ensure the smooth and efficient dispatching of vehicles, guests and guest service drivers to and from their destinations.

Job Duties:

• Take calls from all drivers before leaving the airport/county to ensure they have all of their guests and have no changes
• Data Entry of all driver logs and making routes
• Open and close the office
• General office administration
• Create GPS routes for drivers
• Monitor drivers on the road and progress on pick ups
• Monitor road conditions and route drivers onto frontage roads
• Set and confirm pick up times and addresses the night prior, email any changes to the Operations Managers after 6pm and manually update manifests
• Print manifests
• Maintain contact with guests when road conditions have delayed drivers
• Call in additional drivers when necessary
• Monitor flight status for arriving guests

• Pick up trash around office

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Strong understanding of guest service
• Customer Service/Communication Skills
• Completion of High School level education or higher
• Efficient computer, administration and phone skills

Sales Agents

Job Description:

• Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of all AVA and Peak 1 Express products, activities, outposts, lodging, policies, and procedures
• Sell all AVA/P1E products over the phone and to walk-in customers using web-based reservations system
• Assist with customer service questions and requests
• Staff Main Street kiosk as scheduled: proactively engage the public with the goal of selling rafting and activity trips, answer all questions of interested parties, book reservations
• Follow up with all sales leads by phone or email per call center policy
• Work with partner companies to ensure all reservations are accounted for
• Strive to achieve all personal and office-wide sales goals
• Assist with outbound sales tasks, including but not limited to brochure distribution, meeting with outside sales agents, making outbound sales calls to potential partners and outside sales agents, assisting with basic marketing & social marketing.
• Contribute to the various websites through content generation with blogs
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with all guests, partner companies, and AVA staff
• Deliver exemplary guest service to satisfy and surpass guest expectations and to ensure a world class experience.
• Work as a proficient and effective team member
• Help out by picking up trash you walk by, inside or outside of the office.
