Prime Steakhouse, Redmond's premiere upscale-casual restaurant is looking for an experienced, professional Sous Chef that is looking to moving up to Kitchen Manager/Chef. The Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a full service and preferably scratch kitchen. Applicant must be will be involved in scheduling, staffing, training, placing orders, controlling inventory, and must know how to work within a budget, as well as being able to cost, create, and plate menu items. This is a working position and sous/kitchen manager will be expected to be able to run a busy line in a professional and respectful manner.
