Viennoiserie PostionWe are looking for a passionate and experienced baker who specializes in or has some training in viennoiserie. You would be responsible for all lamination; a wide variety of products from puff pastry to croissants. Creative impute for the right candidate who meets the following position requirements.- Passionate about laminated doughs, and knowledge of techniques and shaping involved in viennoiserie- Positive attitude, and eye for detail- Clear communication skills and ability to maintain inventory- Ability to produce a consistent product that meets our high quality standards- Use of sheeter- Independence and ability to solve problems- Able to lift 50lb bag of flour- Assist in other bakery production when needed- Make a variety of components necessary for laminated items (Pastry cream, jam, frangipani etc)- Willingness to learn and be an active team player
