Candidate will maintain accurate information in employee files/ data bases,provide office administration, and administrative functions, plus assist the HRoffice as assigned.

Essential Functions:

  • New hireprocessing including status changes, lockers, nametags, new hire packets, enterinformation in required computer systems, check social security numbers ADP,Enterprise

  • Maintaincurrent data base for employee lockers. Remove term employees from lockers.Provide notice for locker cleanout

  • Administeremployee birthday program, and employee guest pass program

  • Administer45 and 90 day review program

  • Log andmail terminated employee payroll checks

  • Greetvisitors and employees, answer HR phone, distribute and pick up HR mail

  • Verifyemployment via telephone, fax, and mail

  • Enterall orientation and training completions into ADP

  • Log& maintain current storage boxes kept of site (Iron Mountain & Cintas)

  • Administeremployee discount movie ticket program (ordering, selling, depositing money),maintain employee incentive program

  • Administeremployee transportation program (CTA, RTA & Parking),

  • Completebi-weekly transportation (parking, CTA/ RTA) audits

  • Orderand maintain office supplies and HR forms

  • Checkand maintain bulletin boards and Member Service Superstars Program

  • OrganizeEmployee Awards Dinner with HR Director

  • Enterannual increases in CSI & E-Time

  • Conduct I-9 administration & audits

  • Track and payout employee referral bonuses

  • Prepare and enter filing in the automated system,entered in a timely manner

  • All other job duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Goodoral/written skills

  • Abilityto work well with others

  • Abilityto multi-task, must be able to answer phone calls, answer questions while stillmaintain quality of work

  • Completetasks in timely manner, maintain accurate database

  • Basicskills on Microsoft programs

  • Collegedegree, Bachelor's preferred

  • Spanish speaking a plus

  • Previous office experience, high volume

  • Organizationalskills

  • CustomerService & detail Oriented

  • Maintainconfidentiality of HR files. Disputes, information, complaints or studies, andany sensitive HR matters
