Bird Cafe is now interviewing for the Executive chef position. We opened our doors in Sundance Square in December of 2013 and have a steady following for lunch, brunch and dinner.The Bird offers share plates, whole use of animal and locally sourced ingredients. This position is very important to us and is responsible for hiring, training, coaching and retaining top talent in the market. We expect honest food that is flavorful and consistent. Our menus change seasonally and we offer daily specials at each day part.We have a robust support team at our local HQ which includes accounting, HR, F&B, training, graphic and PR. Our management team in the restaurant is very hands on and supportive of this role. We offer a competitive salary, monthly bonus, 401k, excellent health insurance, a 5 day work week and 2 paid vacations per year. Plus, we don't micro-manage.
