We are a new restaurant business at the Santa Cruz Tannery Art Center, currently operating at The Dead Cow. Our menu is Decidedly Local & Aggressively Seasonal, featuring healthy food that is made from scratch using sustainable, organic, and local ingredients whenever possible. We have a unique work environment where you're trained to work every position in the restaurant. From the register, to the ovens, to morning prep and evening close, our crew members become a team working in all aspects of the restaurant. We have an open kitchen experience so it's fun and it's loud with lots of team communication.We are searching for passionate, hardworking and fun-loving people to help open and grow our restaurant.
