Basic Function
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Responsibilities
Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintain equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment techniques Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
Receive rental payment and post to tenant account in a timely manner as required by BRE.
Update tenant information (move-ins/outs) in an accurate and timely manner in computer system.
Update/Renew property insurances, PMA s, and lease agreements
Prepare appropriate paperwork to include applications and lease agreements, and maintain files in a neat and orderly manner as required by BRE.
Answer multi-line telephone and respond to inquiries by applying knowledge of rental information regulations. Prepare rent deposits/registers and scans to bank within BRE regulations.
Keeps rental property advertising current and updated. Maintain work orders-open, close, and invoice
Receive mail, date stamp, and deliver. Invoices to be stamped and coded for A/P processing
Maintain collections-provide notices, legal communications Prepare notices to nuisance, pest control, 3 Days, perform, and all other management notices.
Make copies or scans financial statements and prepares for mailing or electronic mailing.
Relieves front desk receptionist for lunch.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
