Full Time and Part Time Youth and Adult Residential Aids will earn $12-$13/hour. Work a little or work a lot - we have the schedules on ALL 3 SHIFTS that can fulfill your needs!
Residential Aid responsibilities:
assist with behavior management and crisis intervention
document/ report incidents, observations and activities
provide general supervision to adults and/ or youths
participate in recreational activities
implement the daily schedule
promote daily living skills
Residential Aid requirements:
must have 1 year of relevant experience working in a residential setting
Bachelor's Degree is a plus, but not required
caring and patient personality
