PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Initiate and receive shipment status phone calls, emails, and instant messages from internal and external customers

• System update & verification

• Honest and proactive communication

• Deliver world-class service to our carriers, customers and AFN teammates

• Fulfill other duties as required

As an AFN Logistics Coordinator, you are the first line of defense in protecting AFN and our customers through proactive tracking and tracing processes, effective communication, data integrity, and value-added risk mitigation procedures. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• A positive attitude, personal initiative and laser-focus are essential in our open office environment
