Overnight Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:

• Ability to empathize with customers
• Work with teammates to resolve client and customer needs
• Provide travel assistance to customers
• Explain product and service information
• Meet and sustain goals and metrics provided by leadership
• Document information in the internal database

Overnight Customer Account Representative Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Inbound/outbound call experience preferred but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Open availability regarding a schedule, open to third shift as well
