One of our oldest and biggest clients is a leading provider for secondary education and they are looking for professional representatives to be the point of contact for their students. Your job will be to speak with potential students who are interested in enrolling in their program. You will be assisting potential students with the enrollment process within higher education!

This company is located on the northwest side of Chicago near the O'Hare airport. Whether you drive or rely on public transportation, this position is accessible to all! Surrounded by great shopping, and restaurants, you do not want to miss out on this opportunity!

Phone Screener Advisor Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students
• Work in a highly scripted environment
• Meet and exceed metrics and goals
• Answer questions regarding the enrollment process

Phone Screener Advisor Requirements:

• Fully completed High School diploma
• Experience with inbound and outbound call center sales
• Experience in a metrics- and goal-oriented environment
• Great phone support skills and communication ability
