Completed 100 hours in Beauty School or a Licensed cosmetologist?
We have the training for you, if it's our assistant program or our Fast Track program which gets you on the floor as soon as 6 weeks!!
We believe keeping your passion ignited and promoting longevity in your craft at Mario Tricoci!
Our initial Hairstylist and Colorist training program provides you with the steps that create consistency for our guest experience.
Advanced training provides knowledge of our newest trend collections and latest products and services for all licensed Hairstylist and Colorist.
Being part of the Mario Tricoci team and culture you can translate your passion into the art of delivering exceptional customer service to our guests with the goal of making their day!
Career Opportunities:
As you grow in your career as a Hair Stylist /Colorist, you can join the Styling & Color Education Team, participate in private Company events, showcase your talents at Mario Tricoci TrendVision, or ChicagoStyle.com Fashion week
Responsibilities:
Regularly work with our Hairstylist and Color Educational team by attending weekly training classes.
Provide daily support to the Hair Stylist and Colorist to ensure our guests are given the experience of true professionals
Your hard work will drive your success as a professional technician!
Expectations:
Exceptional Hairstyling/Color consultation and technical skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
Proactive business building techniques to build a loyal clientele.
Expert knowledge on our innovative products and advanced hairstyling and color services.
Raise your earning potential by driving results and achieving goals.
Receive free C.E.U.'s to maintain your Illinois Cosmetology License, while attending exciting and motivational Mario Tricoci events and training designed to showcase trends, fashion and education
Requirements:
You enjoy being of service to others before yourself
Image is our business! Hairstylist and Colorist team dress for success by wearing black fashionable business attire and styled hair. Women should wear a full face of makeup and have a fresh manicure.
Show us your fabulous smile while multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have over 100 hours of Beauty School or a Licensed cosmetologist.
