Customer Service and Sales

In this role, candidates will be responsible for responding to customer questions and requests via phone/email, resolving any issues with quality or product issues, entering orders into their ERP system MAS 90 and Sage, providing customers with shipping information and lead times, working with production to ensure deadlines are met, verifying invoicing is correct, support outside sales reps with administrative tasks and a variety of other duties related to customer service.
