Quality Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

Our client is searching for a Quality supervisor or Quality Engineer for a Contract-Hire opportunity. Primary duties will be to lead quality improvement initiatives and help meet customer expectations. Also need to manage supplier quality performance, corrective actions, and complaints investigations.

Our client is a large machine shop environment that manufactures high-accuracy measurement products. They manufacture pin gages, thread gages, and optical comparators. Below are the qualification for the role:

MUST HAVE:
- Must have 5+ years of experience in a quality supervisor or quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment
- Must have experience or exposure with metals and machining
- Must have experience with AS9100/ISO9001 standards

Additional Experience:
- Experience with equipment ie: micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, oscillioscopes, component testers
- Ability to write technical and quality management reports
- Ability to keep documentations and perform statistical analysis
- Lead quality inspectors and able to create inspection instructions
