Mechanical Assembler

Pay: $12.75/hr + Overtime. Pay can increase to $13.75/hr once candidates are evaluated on certain skills (Forklift, Wiring, Etc.)

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Description: We are currently hiring for 80 mechanical assemblers in Worthington, OH. This location manufactures air conditioning and humidifier units for data centers. The reason for this opening is we've recently landed significant business with the Facebook and Amazon data centers being built. Candidates will be doing anything from assembling the units, wiring units (basic prints) to attaching panels. These are huge units the size of an RV.

Shift: 1st shift from 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Overtime will be before and after their shift, therefore 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Work Environment: This is a very clean manufacturing facility that hosts about 450 employees. The facility includes a gym, a cafeteria and a gift shop where candidates can buy company gear and gifts. This is a physical job and candidates will be climbing in and out of units.

Qualifications:
- mechanically inclined
- ability to read a tape measure
- reliable

Preferred:
- construction experience
- carpentry experience
- auto mechanic experience
