Office Admin - Full-time / Part-time

This company culture feels more like a small family owned office. The right candidate for this position should enjoy a fast paced environment, like to have fun, and can handle themselves in sticky situations.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service- outbound delivery calls
• Inbound calls
• Data entry
• Invoicing
• Order entry
• Receiving/Writing PO’s
• Some minor HR duties
• Some minor payroll entry – ADP

Requirements:

• Must have customer service experience
• Detail oriented
• Tech savvy – Basic in all Microsoft Suite
• Must be a good problem solver

This is a great position for someone who likes to have fun, but can get down to work. The position has a lot of growth opportunities for the right person. This company offers quarterly bonuses based on the GM of the company on top of an hourly rate of $15-17/hr.
