2nd shift Press Brake Set-up Operator - Full-time / Part-time

PrideStaff is currently seeking a qualified candidate for a 2nd shift Press Brake Set-up Operator position with a growing and dynamic manufacturing company based in Monee, IL.

This a Temp-To-Hire position which offers competitive pay and a raise upon hire. Great company culture and excellent work environment!

2nd shift: 2:30pm-1:00am MONDAY-THURSDAY
*3 day weekends!*

JOB DUTIES:

• Perform safe and timely set-up’s on Amada Press Brake in accordance to Production build plan and Work Instructions
• Perform all related duties in compliance with approved Quality System
• Verification of first article to the quality plan
• Complete each operation in accordance to traveler instructions
• Perform quality checks in accordance to quality plan
• Suggest process improvements to improve safety, quality & productivity

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have AT LEAST 1 year of recent Press Brake experience (CNC, Turret Press, or Punch Press experience is a plus)
• Must be able to read blueprints and use common mechanical measuring devices *will be tested in the office*
• Must posses troubleshooting skills and logical thought process
• High school diploma or equivalent
