Automation Personnel Services is now hiring for Construction Assembly Techs. Our client is offering this position as a Temp-to-Hire position located in Conroe, TX. This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing team and grow within this organization. Company is a 100% Tobacco Free workplace.
This is a full time position with overtime. Monday Friday with some Saturday required.
Company offers competitive salary and full benefits once you are hired. If you have previous experience in construction, can read blueprints and operate power/hand tools, we want you. Please note that there is a strict Tobacco Free policy.
Job Duties:
- Assembly of metal modular buildings (similar to generator buildings)
- Construction experience using tools/drilling
- Ability to read a tape measure (down to the 32nd of inch) to cut materials to customer specs
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools
- Experience installing walls and roofs
- Required heights of about 15 feet
- Operate forklift as needed
Background and Drug screening are required.
HS Diploma/GED Required
