The AM shift is from 4am- 2 or 3pm. The PM shift is from 2 pm or 3 pm to close. Shifts may be longer or shorter, according to business needs. Culinary school graduates are preferred. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Cleanliness and organization of bakeshop Communication of product needs to the appropriate supervisor Proper rotation of raw and finished products Monitoring of quality of all raw and finished products daily Production of breakfast pastries, breads, and lunch items Tasting food for quality assurance Developing new dessert ideas Blackberry Farm is an energetic and enriching work culture. Starting pay rate for this position would be $10- $14 based on skills and experience.
