Summary
Orderfiller/Consolidator
Fill orders by pulling merchandise using the system designated (RF Scanner, Pick-To-Light, Put-To-Light, etc.) verifying the item and quantity required, labeling as required and placing freight in designated containers and placing completed orders on conveyor system.
Competencies
Freight handling -- Loads, unloads, packs and puts freight in designated areas accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintains clean work environment to ensure a safe workplace.
Finds and uses the right resources to solve problems as needed.
Essential Functions
Reads information, often small print.
Enter and locate information into computer systems or communication devices.
Grasp, turn and manipulate objects of varying sizes, weights, which requires fine motor skills and hand eye coordination.
Lift, push, pull and carry tools, objects or equipment up to 50 pounds above shoulder level without assistance.
Move up and down stairs.
Stand and walk for extended time periods.
Reaches overhead and below the knee, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.
Visually inspect equipment, merchandise and find locations as needed.
Work Environment
Well lit, climate controlled warehouse environment. Typically dry conditions but weather could impact interior conditions, especially around entrances, exits and loading dock doors.
May work in areas where exposure to allergens or other substances which may cause an allergic reaction is possible.
New shift available** pay rate $12.50hr 6PM-5:30AM, SAT-MON
