Entry Level Assistant Manager - Hiring ASAP

BOSS Enterprise is a BRAND NEW startup in the Boston area!

We are looking for 1-3 outstanding candidates to complete our training process and be placed into a management role within the next 6 months as we continue to grow our clients' presence and add new accounts to our existing portfolio.

Successful candidates will:

- Learn basic marketing, sales, and advertising techniques

- Receive comprehensive training regarding our clients' goals, missions, solutions, and services

- Demonstrate the ability to successfully utilize the tools and training we provide in order to increase our clients' share of the market

- Be expected to work both in teams and independently to hit predetermined targets and benchmarks in order to proceed through our training process

- Learn time and self management techniques and strategies

- Demonstrate an ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment

- Learn valuable professional coaching, training, and mentoring skills and be responsible for managing a small team of other employees

NO Experience is necessary. This is an entry level role, so we are willing to provide 100% paid training to any candidate we feel demonstrates the core qualities we are looking for in our future executives: integrity, work ethic, and a winning mentality.
