About this job
Distribution Coordinator
Responsible for shipping and maintaining supplies for local and satellite offices. Monthly inventory counts/audit.
Responsbilities
-Perform monthly inventory audits
-Ship all packed orders
-Back-up for maintaining equipment
-Check Proof of Deliveries and maintain P.O.D. logs
-Backup for ordering supplies through E-requestor
-Provide assistance in labeling of releases and stock released inventory
-Receive items between facilities
-Process all return's
-Perform claen and disinfect clinical inventory room and main inventory room monthly
Requirments
-HS Diploma required
-Ability to interact with all management, personnel and telephone contact in a professional/articulate manner
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy with basic knowledge of computer software programs (Word/Excel) and office mancines (copier, fax, scanner, etc.).
-Ability to type 40 wpm
-Proven attendance and punctuanltiy record
-Ability to stand for long periods of time and life and carry boxes/supplies
Hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.
