JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Analyst will be responsible for supportingcreation,maintenance and execution of all critical MDS systems that support MDSassociates, client workflows and program information. This role reports to theSr. Manager, Business Processes and works closely with Client Services andOperations stakeholders to understand system and process improvement areas,educate them on the range and benefits of Marriott Digital Services systems andensure implementation goals are met. Additionally, this role collaborates with the Business Support team onMDS processes related to MDS enrollments, audits, billing and system andprocess implementations in this area.

DigitalService's by Marriott is an in-house digital services team. This centralizedin-house team provides individual hotels with digital services, and functionsas an agency-like model within the Global eCommerce and Digital Servicesorganization.

CANDIDATEPROFILE

Education andExperience

* BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising,communications, journalism, public relations or related field.

* 1-2 years of relevant work experience (eCommerce, digitalmarketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, communications, etc.)

* Experiencemanaging project/systems implementation activities

* Agency internship or work experience preferred; tacticalexecution responsibilities a plus.

COREWORK ACTIVITIES

Managing Work, Projects, and Policies

* Coordinates and implements MDS internal systems workand projects, as assigned, that support overarching Marriott Digital strategiesand goals.

* Focuses execution activities on changing areas ofimportance, need and priority, as directed by the Sr Manager, BusinessProcesses

* Easily adapts to the ever-changing digitallandscape to implement new processes and execute on new tactics.

* Effectively prioritizes work load to accomplish avariety of tasks for multiple Digital Strategists and Account Managers forconcurrent programs.

* Manages the flow of questions and directs inquiriesto the appropriate party -- vendor, agency, Account Manager, Digital Strategist,etc.

* Supportsall systems implementation and maintenance activities (new and existing) thatserve both internal and external stakeholders covering 2,500 Digital Services programs, includingbut not limited to: Advantage, Claresco, ZenDesk, RoadMuck, etc.

Supporting Operations

* Works with the team to execute sustainable workprocesses that supports the overall Operations and Client Services team.

* Employs the project request system and otherresources in place to track tactical work for MDS programs.

* Establishesand maintains documentation to track progress and completion for applicabledigital tactics.

* Understandsteams needs in regards to formalizing and automating processes and assists inthe collection and presentation of needs

* Worktowards streamlining and setting responsibilities for all MDS enrollmentprocesses, especially as relates to systems and automations

* Improve current enrollmentprocess through better automation and processes, taking into consideration thevarious MDS programs and stakeholders

* Management enrollment and renewalaudits, working closely with billing leads to ensure all sign-ups, add-ons, andother costs are being collected and billed correctly, especially as related toBMD/Americas programs.

* Coordinate with BMD/Americas onnecessary connection between BMD eFAST registration and MDS Portal systems. Useexpertise to help lead BMD system development in this area.
