WE OFFER: * Centralized location * High performance culture * Focused on customer experience * Hands on management staff * Promote from within * Excellent opportunity for career growth Responsibilities: * Verifiable tech school/work experience preferred. * Must perform auto body prepping as assigned, including knowledge of sanding and prepping of vehicles as well as masking for paint and primer, while meeting quality standards and allotted time schedules. * Must be able to buff vehicles to remove imperfections from finished paint jobs without burning edges or damaging paint. * Detailing of finished vehicles inside and out. * Work with painter to maintain equipment and work area to ensure proper usage of materials. * Adhere to all requirements for hazardous waste disposal. * Keeps personal work area organized and return tools, materials and equipment to designated areas. * Maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area including daily emptying of waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, assist in cleaning of spray booths, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location. Job Requirements: * Previous experience as a paint helper/assistant for a collision/body shop is preferred but not required. * Ability to buff finished paint jobs for delivery * Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. * Must have general mechanical skills. * MUST have good eye for detail. * Must be self-motivated and dependable. * Must be reliable and have your own transportation to work. * MUST have valid driver license with good driving record. * Must be authorized to work in the United States.
