Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Customer Sales & Service Representative, under supervision of the VP of Sales, and will be responsible for solidifying the customer relationship through partnering with them on aftermarket related services such as parts, rental, service agreements, fleet analysis and training. This position is an important member of Shoppa s Sales Team and requires excellent customer service, great attitude and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers. Primary Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
  • Track and follow-up on service quotes both internally and externally
  • Generate service quote completion metrics
  • Promote follow-up with sales representatives
  • Track and record top account visitation notes
  • Track, review, and record Prospect Accounts monthly progress
  • Manage, track, and resolve customers disputes
  • Manage the Units in Operation program to determine service market share
  • Create weekly, monthly, and yearly visitation note reports and review account coverage
  • Manage and audit delivery checklists of new and used units
  • Liaison between sales team and department managers
  • Gather information for disputes and send to reps in the field
  • Point of contact for sales representatives in the field
  • Manage, update, and audit account status reports
  • Minimize and resolve on hold status of accounts
  • Track and submit sales team commissions
  • Any other duties assigned by companyRequirements (include, but not limited to):
    • 3-5 years sales, marketing, or customer service support experience
    • HS diploma required; College degree preferred
    • Experience in the material handling or industrial equipment industry
      • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality
      • Ability to consider all aspects of selling including: vendor relationships, profit and loss concepts, and long and short term goals of the company
      • Able to meet deadlines and highly detail oriented
