Duties and Responsibilities * Provide welcoming phone greeting, followed by guest ordering procedures. * Convey menu information over the phone to guests and give accurate estimate of delivery time. * Make Food & Beverage recommendations and apply suggestive selling techniques. Job Skills/Requirements/Qualifications * Previous Food & Beverage serving experience in an upscale full service house. * Experience with Food & Beverage point of sale systems. * Ability to provide excellent telephone etiquette and listening abilities. * Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred. * Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays. * Ability to effectively communicate with all team members. * Current OLCC License. * State of Oregon Food Handler s Card. * An enthusiastic, positive demeanor and desire to provide exceptional guest service. * Background Check. * Drug Screening.
